Ottick Solutions, LLC - or "Ottick" - was founded in 2009 to fill a void in the telecommunications industry for small businesses. Far too often, organizations found it frustrating to deal with large conglomerate phone companies, outdated telephone equipment, and systems that did not meet the needs of their business.
OttickVoice was born. While the term "cloud communications" was a buzzword in its infancy, Ottick turned the clock ahead in just a few short months by building a private cloud network.
